LA DUNI LATIN KITCHEN SLATED FOR FAIRVIEW IN WINTER 2010

Dallas, TX --- La Duni family announces construction of the newest La Duni Latin Kitchen in The Village at Fairview Shopping Center, set to open in winter 2010.  A  full-service La Duni Latin Kitchen complete with private rooms, spacious patio, and  bar, Fairview will be the first market to unveil La Duni’s newest concept, La Duni Dulce - a fast casual cafe, coffee and cupcake studio along with the full-service restaurant.

“As with all of our La Duni locations, we want each person to feel like they are at home,” says Taco Borga, proprietor. “It is important to us that our customers not only dine, but experience the taste and culture of La Duni.  We are very excited to debut our newest concept, La Duni Dulce in this Fairview.”

The award-winning cuisine of La Duni Latin Kitchen reflects the flavors of South America, featuring everything from traditional Latin breakfast foods, to Duni staples including Gaucho Steak from Buenos Aires, Argentinean Empanada of the Day, Carne Asada, Tomate con Pollo y Palmitos Salad, Cuban Press Sandwich, Pollo Aljibe, Dunia’s famed Cuatro Leches Cake and more.

The fast casual-chic, La Duni Dulce will feature an espresso bar, mojitos, beer, wine and 12 limeades as well as self serve frozen desserts with homemade gourmet toppings, cookies, confections,  award winning cupcakes, ice cream desserts and select dress your own grillados (sandwiches) and self service side-salad bar.
